Cancellation Policy

In case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents LSP from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled or the client will be refunded their payment, if applicable. Cancellation with a full refund is available if requested no later than seven (7) days after scheduling and payment. Following that, clients can request a partial refund (50%) up to ten (10) days before the scheduled session. Clients may reschedule at no additional charge if requested ten (days) prior to the scheduled session. Special consideration is made for maternity & newborn photo sessions. Due to the nature of digital photography, and the fact that photographs - once sent - cannot be returned; LSP has a strict no refunds or return policy once a photography session has been completed. I take client satisfaction very seriously and will work diligently to deliver photographs that meet a client's standards and expectations. That said, refunds will not be provided due to the client's "dislike" of final products. Payment for service is due in full at the time of scheduling to secure your chosen date and time. Clients may purchase additional edits or digital downloads at any time.
